If you need to cancel a reservation, please call The Osborne Inn at 435-462-9338.
A cancellation made 5 days or less of the scheduled arrival date will be charged 25% of the total reservation amount and 50% of the total reservation amount during peak times. Peak times are Heritage Day, Memorial Day weekend, Mormon Miracle Pageant, 4th of July, Pioneer Day, Labor Day weekend and the Artist Tour. If you find you need to cancel 5 days or less of your reservation you can apply the cancellation charge to a "new" reservation by calling us at 435-462-9338.
Extended stay reservations require full payment in advance. Should you need to cancel, your payment is 100% refundable with 30 day advance notification, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
To secure a reservation, your credit card number is required. We accept Visa, MC, AE, cash and check. If paying in check, make it payable to "D & B Chapman Family, LLC". Mail your check at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your reservation. The address is "Barbara Chapman at The Osborne Inn, PO BOX 39, Spring City, UT 84662".
Your balance is due upon arrival.
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. If an earlier or later check-in time is needed, please call 435-462-9338 or email us to make arrangements.
Check-out is 11 am. Extend your checkout to 1 pm for an additional $25.
Children 6 years of age and older are welcome at the inn. We are building 'Cooper's Cabin' to accommodate families with younger children.
